Refund Policy
Refund Policy only applies to treating vehicle with MotorSilk® Engine treatment and MotorSilk® Gas or Diesel Fuel Treatment, depending on what type of fuel your vehicle uses.
You must install both products to be eligible for refund.
You must return original product containers to receive a refund.
You must print and completely fill out the Refund Form and mail it and original containers to the address on the form.
You must return a copy of the original purchase receipt.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the Refund Form. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
